Coaching Head Teachers for NCSL - Every Child Matters.
Mark Outhwaite has just completed a coaching and support contract for a cohort of senior staff in two Kent academies as part of the NCSL Every Child Matters support programme. The programme was designed to support senior staff charged with delivering the Every Child Matters/Extended Services agenda. Combining individual coaching and group facilitation the intervention helped teams create their first action plans with the engagement of key stakeholders.
Coaching Contract Award with Centre for Excellence in Leadership
Outhentics Consulting has been awarded a contract to provide Executive Coaching and Personal Development support to a cohort of Further Education Principals undertaking the Principal's Qualification Programme.
