Executive Coaching

Our Director, Mark Outhwaite, is an EMCC accredited coach. He works with Chief Executives and senior executives and professionals to help them make sense of the organisational and role complexities that face them and to significantly improve their performance. He has a particular interest in induction coaching for newly appointed Executives and CEOs and in helping long serving senior executives reframe their challenges and their ambitions.
