We provide consultancy services to private and public sector organisations seeking to understand, map and develop markets within the UK healthcare sector. This includes NHS market due diligence advice. We also provide support in designing and implementing more effective approaches to product and service adoption and spread.

Executive Performance and Development Coaching

We provide EMCC accredited executive coaching services for senior executives in the public and private sectors.

Mark Outhwaite

Mark Outhwaite is a strategy consultant, health market analyst, executive performance coach (EMCC accredited practitioner) and facilitator. He has over 13 years experience as a Health Authority CEO in the NHS and 10 years as an Army Officer. He was also Director/Head of Practice for Technology Adoption in the NHS Modernisation Agency - the NHS’s internal consultancy for change management and service improvement for 2 years.
